Last night my computer hit an error and restarted twice, then went back to working fine. Today it worked for about an hour or so, then hit the same error and is now stuck in infinite restart error. I managed to download windows onto a usb and after much effort got into the boot menu of my affected laptop, but on restart to install from the usb I got stuck on the restart loop again.
I did yes. As I mentioned I got it to boot once but it crashed before I was able to finish the setup for the installation. Could the file on the usb have been corrupted by that? While I was setting it up it went into the same error loop. I can get to the boot menu fine but I can’t seem to get it to boot from the usb. Please try plugging the flash drive to another USB port and see if that helps. I switched to the only other port and it still won’t boot from the usb. It loads the manufacturer logo then immediately hits the error restart page.
