Last night my computer hit an error and restarted twice, then went back to working fine. Today it worked for about an hour or so, then hit the same error and is now stuck in infinite restart error. I managed to download windows onto a usb and after much effort got into the boot menu of my affected laptop, but on restart to install from the usb I got stuck on the restart loop again.

I did yes. As I mentioned I got it to boot once but it crashed before I was able to finish the setup for the installation. Could the file on the usb have been corrupted by that? It loads the manufacturer logo then immediately hits the error restart page.
