When trying to install windows 10, a pop up stated that windows 10 is incompatible with ZoneAlarm 10 and I would need to uninstall the program myself. When looking to uninstall the program, it isn’t on my program list, nor when I use search, the results are 0. Was this reply helpful?

In reply to Andre Da Costa’s post on March 19, I did find Zone Alarm under the Program Files x86 and deleted the folder. Windows 10 is still stating that I need to delete this program ” ZoneAlarm 10 ” and refresh when I try to install the Upgrade.
